  • The item must not be customized or final sale, as these are non-returnable.

  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in the package.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error in your order. Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item to avoid any potential issues.
  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for refunds is as follows:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Skybina’s Responsibility: If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

9. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
